Five wing places inside Savannah city limits: one in the Starland District, the rest on Victory Drive, Waters Avenue and Abercorn Street.

Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Savannah’s wing places sit on the city’s Southside and east side: Abercorn Street near Oglethorpe Mall, Waters Avenue and East Victory Drive. One, 520 Wings, is in the Starland District on Bull Street, the closest to downtown. Two are national chains with more than one store; two are local.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Savannah’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. We added Wingstop’s two city stores from Wingstop’s own location pages, and we checked every address against the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoder, so wing places with Savannah mailing addresses on Ogeechee Road outside the city line (a Wingstop and a second A Town Wings) are not here. A Town Wings has no website; the Chatham County restaurant inspection database shows its Waters Avenue kitchen inspected July 22, 2026. We left out Wing City and Cosmic Wings on Abercorn Street, which we found only on delivery apps and not on a site of their own. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.

The places

520 Wings opened in 2011 in the Starland District, and its founder, Gary Gordon, named it for his May 20 birthday, according to the restaurant’s site. The menu goes past wings to Alfredo pasta, rice bowls, cheesesteaks, a shrimp po’ boy and crab fries, with a house tropical lemonade. It also caters birthdays, office parties and weddings.

A Town Wings is a wing shop on Waters Avenue on the Southside. It has no website, so we cannot list its hours or menu; the county inspection record confirms the kitchen is operating. A second A Town Wings on Ogeechee Road is outside the city limits.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the sports bar chain’s Savannah restaurant on Abercorn Street. The chain’s Savannah page lists the Abercorn Street address; its hours did not load for us, so check the page or call before a late visit.

Wingstop has two stores inside the city. One is on East Victory Drive and the other on Abercorn Street on the Southside. Both pages list classic and boneless wings and tenders for carryout and delivery, with carryout until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Related lists: pizza, Mexican and Tex-Mex, barbecue, breakfast and coffee, burgers, sushi and Asian, ice cream and desserts, bakeries, patios and outdoor dining and every list by category. Also: brunch, date night, the business directory and restaurant inspection scores.
