Ten Savannah places whose own sites name outdoor seating: riverwalk pavilions and rooftops at Plant Riverside, Factors Walk, downtown and Starland.

Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Savannah’s outdoor tables cluster on the riverfront: six of the ten places on this list are at Plant Riverside District on River Street, including two rooftops. Downtown, Vic’s on the River has a patio over Factors Walk, and the rest are a few blocks south, on Liberty and State streets and in the Starland District on Bull Street.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Savannah’s city limits tagged with outdoor seating, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. A place is on this list only if its own site says it has a patio, outdoor seating, a courtyard or a rooftop; several restaurants tagged with outdoor seating in OpenStreetMap do not say so on their own sites, so they are not here yet. We added the Plant Riverside District places from the district’s restaurant directory, and we checked every address against the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoder. We left out places we could not confirm: The Rail Pub, Green Fire Pizza and Revival Coffee, whose sites blocked our check, and Zunzibar, whose site no longer lists a Savannah location. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run a Savannah restaurant with outdoor seating? Write to us to add or correct your entry.
