Savannah’s public schools are run by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS), a countywide district with its main office at 190 Technology Circle and a main line at 912-395-5600. School zones do not follow city limits: we ran 900 Savannah homes, chosen at random from county parcel records, through the district’s Find My School lookup on Oct. 6, 2026, and got eight different high schools, including Groves High in Garden City. Some city homes are also zoned for Mercer Middle in Garden City. Always check one address.

This guide lists the 47 public schools with a Savannah address, or that serve Savannah homes, each linked to our page with its zone, report card, bell times and calendar. Tables are in alphabetical order.
