Admission

Oglethorpe Charter has no district attendance zone of its own in the Find My School lookup: homes around it are zoned for Isle of Hope K-8 and Johnson High. Families apply to the school directly.

The district’s charter schools page says each charter school defines its attendance area in its charter contract and must first offer seats to students who live there; leftover seats can go to students anywhere in the district. If more students apply than there are seats, the school must hold a public, random lottery.
