St. Patrick’s Day comes first
Savannah’s St. Patrick’s Day parade is held on March 17, which falls on a Wednesday in 2027, and SCCPSS gives students and staff the day off. The Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee says the day begins with an 8 a.m. Mass at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, open to all. The committee posts the route, bleachers, road closings, shuttles and parking on its parade information page. Telfair Museums close for the day.
